Background
As the second largest pharmacy store chain in the United States, Walgreens is a household name. Walgreens specializes in filling prescriptions, photo services, health and wellness products, and selling everyday essentials.
My role & responsibilities
Designer in a 7-10 person team. My duties consists of:
- Providing art direction during photoshoots
- Creating fresh new creative for the digital weekly ad
- Mocking up in-store displays
- Designing digital and print marketing materials
Digital weekly ad
The digital weekly ad, available on the Walgreens website and mobile app, allows customers to see the weekly deals available at Walgreens. New creative is created each week for various categories ranging from personal care to vitamins to groceries.



Print ad

Although no longer in production Walgreens, like many other retail stores, use to have print circulars. These print circulars would show the deals going on in stores for the week.

Walgreens’ gifting guides are released during the holidays to help consumers with their shopping.

Social media
Motion graphics are used for social media posts to capture the user’s attention.

A simple graphic to promote Secret’s new deodorant spray on Instagram.

An ad promoted on Facebook and Instagram to bring awareness to Medicare Advantage benefits coverage.
In-store displays
Various in-store displays are designed and mocked up to promote sales.
